Manage or cancel your Premium subscription

Premium is €49/month with 1,000 Sparks. Change the card, read invoices, or cancel — all through the Stripe billing portal.

Draft — not yet walked in the live product

All 5 steps below were written by reading the Keenoble source rather than by performing them, and each unwalked one is tagged [UNVERIFIED]. Reading a component tells you what a control is labelled; it does not prove the control is reachable, that the order is right, or that the result is what the text says. Until a reviewer has walked every step, this page is excluded from the sitemap, marked noindex, and publishes no structured data.

Before you start

  • An active Premium subscription.

Steps

  1. Open Settings — from the Chat sidebar, or at ai.keenlabs.pro/settings. [Unverified]

  2. Find the “Account” section and the “Subscription” row. It reads “Manage plan, payment method, invoices, or cancel”. [Unverified]

  3. Click “Manage subscription”. The button reads “Opening…” while it fetches the portal link, then sends you to Stripe. [Unverified]

The same button is in the Chat sidebar.

  4. In the Stripe portal, change the payment method, download invoices, or cancel the subscription. [Unverified]

  5. Return to Keenoble. Your plan state refreshes when the tab becomes active again. [Unverified]

If the portal does not open

Two different things can happen, and Keenoble distinguishes them rather than guessing. If your access was granted directly rather than bought, you get “Billing not applicable on this account — access was granted directly, not through Stripe.” If something actually failed, you get the failure — you are never redirected to the sales page to buy what you already have.

What cancelling does to your Sparks

Cancelling stops the renewal. It does not claw back the allowance for the period you have already paid for.

Deleting the account is separate

Settings has a “Danger zone” with “Delete account”. It asks you to type “delete my account” and then removes your data permanently. Cancelling a subscription does not delete an account, and deleting an account is not a way to cancel a subscription cleanly — cancel first.
