Keenoble — Terms of Service.

Who we are

Keenoble (ai.keenlabs.pro) is operated by Keen Andersson Lang, sole trader (enskild näringsidkare) trading as Keen Labs, registered in Sweden, Landskrona (“we”, “us”). Our registration number appears on every invoice and receipt, and is provided on request. Contact: support@keenlabs.pro.

The service

Keenoble is an AI platform: Chat, Preview and Code modes sharing one project memory, routing requests across a library of third-party AI models and live data tools. Usage is metered in Sparks. The Premium plan costs €49/month and includes 1,000 Sparks; additional Spark packs can be purchased separately. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown at checkout.

Accounts

You need an account (provided via our authentication provider, Clerk). You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. One account per person; you must be 18 or older, or have a guardian's consent.

Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our servers.

Cancellation — as easy as subscribing

You can cancel at any time from your account's subscription settings (Stripe customer portal), effective at the end of the current billing period. No forms, no phone calls, no retention flows.

Right of withdrawal (EU/Swedish consumers)

  • Subscription: on your first purchase you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under distansavtalslagen. Because you request that the service starts immediately, a withdrawal within 14 days is refunded minus a proportional deduction for Sparks already consumed. The withdrawal right applies to the initial contract only — renewals are not new contracts and carry no withdrawal right; cancelling stops future billing.
  • Spark packs: delivered immediately at your express request. At purchase you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost on delivery — Spark packs are therefore non-refundable.

To withdraw a first subscription purchase, email support@keenlabs.pro or use the Konsumentverket standard form. Unused monthly Sparks expire at the end of each billing period; purchased Spark packs remain until used.

Fair use and acceptable use

Don't use Keenoble for anything illegal, to infringe others' rights, to generate malware, or to attempt to break the service's security or metering. We may suspend accounts that do, and will say why.

Your content

Your prompts, projects, and the code or sites you build are yours. You grant us the technical licence needed to operate the service (process, store, transmit to the model providers you route to). We claim no ownership of your output. Sites you publish through Preview are your responsibility.

Third-party models

Answers are generated by third-party AI models and live data tools. AI output can be wrong. Every answer carries a receipt showing which model or tool answered and what it cost — but you are responsible for verifying output before relying on it. Nothing on Keenoble is professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Service status

Keenoble is in live development. We publish what works and what doesn't (keenlabs.pro/research, /changelog, and the status page). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish consumer law, or your statutory rights under konsumentköplagen and distansavtalslagen.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email and on the changelog at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.

Disputes

Swedish law applies. Consumers can also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN, arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Nothing here removes protections you have under mandatory law in your country of residence.
