Keen Labs is a scientific AI research lab in Landskrona, Sweden. It measures a 335-model library on real tasks and routes each prompt to whatever the evidence ranks best, with a receipt under every answer. The origin
The lab exists because its own workforce reported success it had not earned — and we went looking.
For three months an autonomous agent workforce ran this company's work and reported it green: 230 completed runs, a 75/100 quality score, every time. Then we checked the verifier. It returned that same score on runs that had failed, and 150 of those runs had never been verified at all.
We paused the workforce ourselves and published the finding in full rather than patching it quietly. It is still paused. Everything this lab is now — the measurement pipeline, the receipts, the rule that no claim ships without a record — is the shape that failure left behind.

Founder, Keen Labs (2026). Landskrona, Sweden. Payroll Business Partner student (Stockholm School of Business), incoming at ASSA ABLOY autumn 2026 — building Keen Labs alongside. Regulated processes are where wrong answers cost real money; that's where the lab's verification obsession comes from.
Built this lab solo, with an AI workforce as the team — and when that workforce lied, audited it in public. If you're going to trust an AI company, trust the one that showed you its worst finding unprompted.
The row is the proof. No claim without a record. No score without a verifier that can say no. No feature that reports success it can't back.
