Steps

Open the upgrade page — from the “Upgrade” link in the Chat sidebar, from the balance panel, or directly at ai.keenlabs.pro/upgrade. [Unverified]
Scroll past the subscription card to “Need more power?”. The two packs are listed there. [Unverified]
Tick the consent checkbox above the packs. The buy buttons stay disabled until you do. [Unverified]
It is a separate checkbox from the subscription one, because agreeing to buy a one-off pack and agreeing to start a subscription are different acts with different withdrawal rights.
Click “Buy 200 Sparks →” or “Buy 600 Sparks →”. You are taken to Stripe to pay. [Unverified]
After payment you are returned to Keenoble and the balance updates. Open the balance chip in the top bar to confirm — purchased Sparks appear as their own row. [Unverified]
The row is labelled “Never expire · used after free Sparks”.

What it costs

200 Sparks for €20 (€0.10 each) or 600 for €50 (€0.083 each). One-time payments, not subscriptions.

Why a top-up behaves differently from the monthly allowance

Premium's monthly Sparks are paced by a daily ceiling. Purchased Sparks are not — buy them and you can spend them in one sitting. That exemption is the point of buying them.

They are spent after your free allowance, so they are not quietly consumed by ordinary daily use.

Automatic top-ups

Settings has an “Auto-refill credits” section that charges a saved card for a pack when your balance drops below 2. Set it up with “Set up auto-refill”, and turn it off again with “Disable”. It is off unless you switch it on.

What happens when your Sparks run outKeenoble refuses before it spends, names which limit you hit, and serves one metered grace call an hour — the one path allowed to take your balance briefly below zero.
