Retry a single failed column in a comparison
When one model in a compare run fails, re-run just that column — without re-charging the ones that already answered.
Draft — not yet walked in the live product
All 4 steps below were written by reading the Keenoble source rather than by performing them, and each unwalked one is tagged [UNVERIFIED]. Reading a component tells you what a control is labelled; it does not prove the control is reachable, that the order is right, or that the result is what the text says. Until a reviewer has walked every step, this page is excluded from the sitemap, marked noindex, and publishes no structured data.
Before you start
- A compare run where at least one column shows an error.
Steps
Find the failed column. It shows a short headline in red saying what went wrong, and often a second, smaller line with the technical detail. [Unverified]
A rate limit, a dead model and an empty balance are three different failures and read as three different messages. They are not collapsed into one generic error.
If the failure is one that can be retried, a “Retry this column” button appears under it. Click it. [Unverified]
The button is absent when retrying cannot help — an empty balance, for example. In that case top up or remove that model instead.
Wait for that column alone to re-run. The other columns are untouched and are not charged again. [Unverified]
The button is disabled while any part of the run is still going. Wait for the run to settle, then retry. [Unverified]
What it costs
A retry charges that one model again, at its own rate. Columns that already succeeded are not re-run and not re-charged.
